What is the return policy?

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
All products offered by GLOW AUDIO are delivered with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item. Please notify us by email within 30-days of receipt to arrange for a return.

Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping/insurance fees
  • Conditions stated in the Return Policy/Process process must be met
30-Day Return Policy/Process
  1. The product MUST have been delivered to you within the last 30 days.
  2. The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly (double-boxed as when sent to you) with the original factory box, packaging, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete or improperly packaged products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  3. Please do not deface the factory boxes by writing or marking on them. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons.
  4. Products physically damaged after you receive them cannot be returned.If you return any such physically damaged item to GLOW, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
  5. Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.
  6. Email GLOW at orders@glow-audio.com to receive a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
  7. Clearly print the Return Authorization information on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s).
  8. To help us serve you and other customers better, please include a brief description detailing why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.
  9. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL (international orders). Please retain your tracking number asGLOW AUDIOwill not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).
  10. Ship the package(s) to GLOW AUDIO at the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form.

  11. GLOW AUDIOwill process the return within 10 business business days of receipt.
  12. Depending on the payment method, GLOW AUDIO will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.
Defective Products:
If you believe that you have received a defective product please contact GLOW AUDIOwithin48 hours of delivery. If a product arrives defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts,GLOW AUDIOwill refund your return shipping cost. Please safely repackage the product with all accessories. GLOW AUDIOwill not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt atGLOW AUDIOfor processing.

Damaged In Transit:
If you believe that you have received a damaged product, please contact GLOW AUDIOwithin 48 hours of delivery. GLOW AUDIO will refund your return shipping cost. Please repackage the product with all accessories. GLOW AUDIOwill not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified damaged. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt atGLOW AUDIOfor processing.

Physical Damage After Receipt of Product:
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to GLOW AUDIO. Improper installation or modifications and/or improper setup or use may cause damage. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. If you return any physically damaged item to GLOW AUDIO, the item will be returned to you at your expense.



Warranty Returns

The original purchaser of a GLOW AUDIO product is provided a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified.

 

Warranty Conditions

 

  • Warranty period starts from invoice/receipt date.
  • A copy of the original invoice/receipt (packed with the product) must be presented for any warranty claim.
  • Warranty does not cover any damages to other equipment used in conjunction with goods purchased from GLOW AUDIO.
  • Goods returned under warranty must be in their original packaging.
  • Warranty does not cover any malfunction or failure resulting from neglect, use of incorrect parts. accidental or improper use, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
  • Products physically damaged after you receive them cannot be returned. If you return any such physically damaged item to GLOW AUDIO, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Within 30 days of the warranty period, faulty goods will be replaced. After 30 days, GLOW AUDIO reserves the right to attempt repairs.
  • Replacement or repaired products will continue the warranty from the original invoice date or an extra 3 months warranty, which ever is the later.
  • All returned items will be tested to verify that they are defective.
  • Warranty will be void if goods are found to have been tampered with.
  • All shipping chargestoGLOW AUDIO are the responsibility of the customer.GLOW AUDIOwill be responsible for return postage for the replacement or repaired items.
  • If you believe that the replacement is defective and after testing the product, we discover that it is NOT defective, we offer the following options:
    \r\t\t\t\t 1. We will ship the item back to the customer (customer pays shipping) or
    \r\t\t\t\t 2. We will refund you the product price minus a 20% restocking fee. (Shipping will not get refunded)
  • If returned goods are found to have been tampered with or modified, ALL freight charges to and from GLOW AUDIO will be paid by the customer.
  • If your replacement is also defective (Meaning you have received 2 defective products from us), after testing and verifying that the item is defective, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping cost from your order. We will not send out another replacement.
